Is there any free online UML modelling tool? 

 

A : 

By "online", I assume you mean browser based and no-install. Otherwise this is a duplicate question because there are already multiple questions/answers here on stackoverflow with many free UML tool suggestions.

There's also the excellent and free Violet UML editor which can be run via Java WebStart. Probably not what you had in mind though, and no built-in sharing capability.
