我三年的工作经验，感觉这公司还行，面试过程很轻松，感觉工作氛围不错，就是不知道给多少工资，其实自己属于那种骑着找的人，就想找个工作氛围好，有发展前景的，好好干，毕竟，自己也老大不小了。没分发贴，感觉这种形式真的很别扭，哎，这年头，穷人寸步难行啊

一年后提涨工资，要到8k应该没什么问题的。前一年只要委屈一下了，人的眼光要放长远一点。最后你在这一年内干出点成绩出来。

他们刚毕业，刚进去，以前实力过java,没什么太多的经验。楼主如果经验丰富的话，应该在6000以上
