    spring的开发团队经过了6个月的奋战，终于发布了Spring Web Services 1.5 Released，基于合同使用了SOAP服务，spring Web Services可以通过操纵XML的创建文件驱动的Web服务，一些重点项目的发布，包括：

1、两种新的运行机制，都为客户端和服务器的JMS和E-Mail；
2、WSS4J基于Web服务安全性的实施，它允许为Web服务安全性对非Sun jdks （即网站）和1.4版JDK ；
3、Web Services-处理支持这两个客户端和服务器端，支持2004年8月，并最终版本的规格。

    Arjen Poutsma还详细的了解了如何进行一些新功能的工作，以及显示如何将这些新变化实行。 Aljern还提供了Spring WS 在设计决策和未来功能的增加上的反馈。

其他特点包括：
1、Spring-WS罐，现在的OSGi束；
2、一个新的，客户端的拦截机制，其中包括Web服务安全性支持；
3、@端点，现在@组件，当使用Spring 2.5组件扫描，它们会自动回升。
