Q+WebQQ的聊天记录保存路径很奇怪

令我十分奇怪的是，我今天在Ubuntu11.04使用Web QQ的时候发现，起聊天记录和群里面的公告之类的一下信息是保存在/etc/profile里面的，还有一些网络的编辑信息，都是保存在profile里面的，为什么呢？profile文件不是配置一些环境变量使用的吗？例如是JDK之类的配置，为什么会存储网络的信息？？？
贴一下我的profile文件内容：
