首先在http://rubyonrails.org/download上下载Ruby
Ruby
Source: Compile it yourself
Windows installer: Ruby, popular extensions, editor
exe安装文件进行安装，之后cmd输入ruby -v
C:\>ruby -v
ruby 1.8.6 (2008-08-11 patchlevel 287) [i386-mswin32]
显示版本表示成功
然后再安装rails，一般在ruby目录下cmd输入gem install rails进行远程安装
