基础保险（Underlying insurance）
对风险进行更高一层保险或再保险之前的保险或再保险。
基础保险单（Underlying policy）
指以一张主保单（master policy）承保数个保险标的，问时对每一个标的再行签发保单。
基础保费（Underlying premium）
指再保险人计算再保险费时所依据的保费，即原保险人所收取的保费。

修改${M2_HOME}/conf目录下面setttings.xml文件。使用编辑器打开，找到localRepository一项，将它的值修改就可以了，我修改的是：${M2_HOME}/repo。
