使用JDBC连接informix时乱码问题的解决有如下三种方案：
1.连接字符串中添加newlocale=en_us,zh_cn
2.连接字符串添加newcodeset=gbk,8859-1,819
3.连接字符串添加newlocale=en_us,zh_cn;newcocdeset=gbk,8859-1,819
4.如果出现在半个字符则可用使用ifx_use_strenc=true来解决
