   Nowadays life is become more and more competitive and we are constantly lived under pressure. In the spare time, we need more and more exercise to relieve tension. Good health is based on regular exercise.
     After graduation, I almost do any exercise after work time, so I become more fat, and often ignore exercise and activity.
     A lot of person said after work they are very tired, and almost have no energy to exercise, in fact, may be after eight hours work, we are become mentally tied, and may be after we do some exercise can give you more energy, and make s you sleep quality in a high level.
     In my past experience, in the exercise, almost in all kinds of sports, we can temporarily make ourself stop thinking the boring things. And we can have a try to stop a while when you find your brain is almost not working, you will get some extra gain from the small stop.
