MyEclipse中将普通项目转换为web项目

起因：网上下了一个smarty4j的开源项目，在myEclipse中部署到tomact时找不到项目
解决：将项目转换为web项目后部署
解决方案: 右键点击该项目,选择myeclipse---> Add Web project Capabilities (添加web项目)

  smarty4j当时只是公司开发框架时借鉴了一下，后期项目夭折，也没有太多研究，确实这个资源比较少，而且已经停止更新好久了，项目运行的话，还是换一些其他的吧，资料太少，调查研究的时间太长。
