Java 创建文件或者文件夹

我们都知道，Java File类能够创建文件或者文件夹，但是不能两个一起创建，假设我需要在一个（或多层）尚未创建的文件夹下新建一个文件，那将会很麻烦。所以写了一个简单的工具来完成这件事情。
