MyEclipse 9 Velocity插件

1. 先将下载好的plugin文件解压
2.执行下面代码

3.将控制台输出信息粘贴到 MyEclipse 路径下的
\MyEclipse 9\configuration\org.eclipse.equinox.simpleconfigurator\bundles.info

博主，能解释下这代码他的作用么，为什么这样输出放到myeclipse中就把插件装上去了呢？？
