SpringMVC:上传与下载

参照了网上相关代码
注意事项:
1 springmvc.xml必须配置:

2 WEB-INF/lib下必加入:commons-fileupload.jar与commons-io-1.4.jar二个文件
3 表单属性为: enctype="multipart/form-data"
