一个女程所面临工作问题的担忧

我在武汉思远教育学习java软件工程师,主修课程是java和oracle,自己担任项目部的oracle主管,马上就要面临就业问题了,开始有些担忧,自己想做开发工作,年底想到北京发展,可是知道这个行业有些公司存在"性别歧视",有些担心,希望各位前辈给些意见

既使会做事，你看看你的团队里有几个女孩子。

因此我认为，其实很多男程序员希望有女程序员加入，但是项目经理也很希望你能和男程序员有相同的生产力。

我觉得中行里面好多女程序员，而且是很漂亮那种。。。。

No, when we were borned, there is no differences between men and women, women do things like that because they were be taught to do that, they were be taught that men should take responsibilities, not women. they were be taught to be quiet and be taught to not try something like modern technologies. You know, in my hometown, last year I meet two women , a mother and a daughter, the daughter is very clever, and wanna learn more in college, but her mother said that she should marry to a boy, 'cause woman needn't too much education. In china, many parents teach their daughter like that.

严重反对，不是没一个女子都是你说的那样，女强人，也许远了，但是我想我不那么虚荣，可是社会现象如此，又能怎样，不是男人天生就比女人对程序的理解高多少，我们项目部技术比我好的男生寥寥无几，40个人里只有3个女生，不是说我多么好，只是希望大家能公平对待就好。

其实不存在什么性别歧视，不过学校歧视是客观存在的，比如楼主在的学校。
