我是论坛新人，首次发帖~~ 昨天下午2点多接到一位美女电话，说是IBM HR要求了解一下我的职位，大概内容如下: mv:请问你是xxx吗？ m：我说是，不过我的姓她交错了~~ mv：你现在在北京？ m：我没有在北京. mv:我们在某招聘网看到你的简历，想邀请你参加面试。 m：哦。。。 mv：我们深圳团队是J2EE金融业务开发，主要是面向欧美市场。你的英语怎么样？口语呢！ m：我们工作中一般不用英语，开会有时会用到英语专业术语。 mv：你的薪水状况,我要了解一下，要不面试通过了薪资不好谈。。。 m：我说。。。 mv：。。。 mv：那我先安排你到电话面试流程中，下星期一或二会有大连打过来电话面试，你准备一下。 m：哦，谢谢 mv：再见！ m：再见！

我准备的电话英语自我介绍及项目经验,请各位帮我看看。。。
Hello, I'm XXX, you can call me XXX. In 2005 I graduated from Kaifeng University,Institute of Computer Application Software. After graduating from school, I have been engaged in the XXX J2EE software development, specifically including the import and export logistics supply chain grades, procurement, customs and training of personnel administration time and attendance system analysis, design, development, and post-maintenance. In the work, on weekends I study Industrial Engineering in Huazhong University of Science and Technology, achieved a bachelor degree. Now I introduce my project experience, since 2005, I participated in the analysis, design, development dozens project. Large-scale projects which have corporate training systems, mission systems cadres, export management, import management system, supply chain procurement system. In these projects I am responsible for system architecture analysis and design. August 2010 I participated in our large-scale ERP system, SAP system into work. |

阿里没有管理流程，都是想怎么搞就怎么搞。IBM有一套成熟的管理流程，不是你想怎么就怎么。如果想自由可以去阿里，如果想在管理不是很乱的地方呆，就选择IBM。就是这样。
