Sounds pretty good, I don't know a lot about west coast, but for east, just some suggestion. If I were you, I won't come to NYC again, I will better stay in Las Vegas to kill all the rest time:), because your trip is a bit too tiring to me.

费城 is very small, I don't think you need to stay in 费城 for overnight (I may be wrong, because I only go there with Chinese tour group). You can arrive NY first, and join any Washington bus tour with Chinese tour agent, below are some links.

If you love Museum, you can join the 3 days tour from NYC to Washington, then you will have 1 day free in DC to visit all Museums, and 费城 is included already (I only took 2 day 1 night tour there).

For NYC, I don't think you need 4 days, it is a quite boring place, I remember you visited liberty statue before(if my memory doesn't fool me, I saw you post a pic under liberty statue), so if it is not your first time to NYC, then 4 days is too long (unless you have some special purpose, or maybe you company with a beauty who never come to NYC before, lol). Because if you have come before, then I don't know where is worth to go again. I will suggest you to spend more time to focus on west side, maybe 西部的国家公园. Or you can also book a cruise from FL to 加勒比海, that will be a much better plan (cheaper, nicer and more comfortable, more relax) than come to NYC, you can 晒太阳 on the cruise instead of at Miami (more romantic...).

Anyway, if you really want to spend 4 days in NY, then maybe Metropolitan Museum of Art and The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) can help you to kill extra time (if you have been to most of attractions before). And Woodburry outlet could kill another day (because you say you want shopping).

A friendly reminder: if you do want to go to NYC and visit Liberty Statue, book your tickets earlier online if you want to go to the crown of the auntie who holding ice cream.
