ibatis的动态子查询问题

select top 20
* from Cms_User as a
    where joint not in (select joint from (select top 20 joint  from Cms_User
     where alterState!=1 order by joint
  )as tempTable) 
and alterState!=1  order by joint

能不能把这个SQL子查询改成 ibatis的动态where 子句
