分析：遇到这个错误，我先查看该路径下是否存在配置文件，然后查看web.xml文件中查看是否配错路径，最后到tomcat中项目下的WEB-INF的classes中查看，最后发现这里什么都没有。
晕，原来是没有部署到这个地方，删除tomcat中的工程，重新部署，看到漂亮的文件都出来啦~哈哈问题解决。
