ADMU0118E: The log file cannot be written to location home/washome/WebSphere/App

在启动websphere 服务时，报下面这个错误，原因是因为AIX平台的用户没有权限，不能写日志文件，导致报错

如果使用root用户登陆 使用chmod -R 775 赋予  /home/washome/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrv01/logs/server1/权限。

然后切换用户。

 

重新启动服务即可.

            Empty [] indicates that the value is not set and the operating
           system defaults are used.
