svn修改注释报错之Error setting property 'log'

报错信息：

ask the administrator to create a pre-revprop-change hook
解决办法：

要在服务器上版本库的hooks文件夹下建立pre-revprop-change钩子，简单处理的话：
如果服务器是windows系统，那么就增加一个pre-revprop-change.bat的空文件；
如果是linux服务器，那么就把pre-revprop-change.tmpl这个钩子里的内容清空。
