OpenCV2.2里CImage(CvvImage)取消后的解决办法

OpenCV2.2里取消了CImage(CvvImage),在此我们可以用老的版本替代。
为了不和MFC中的CImage冲突,我们重新将CvvImage定义为CvImage。
在需要的地方引入 #include "CvvImage.h" 就可以用了。
