In my previous blog http://sap.iteye.com/blog/1263970, I introduced the apporach of capturing MDX statements from RSTT trace. But in some cases, this could be very time-consuming and complex.
There is a new tool from SAP to make our life eaiser.
Please check note 1406664 to install this tool.
When there is drill down of WebI which is built against BEx Query, it is better to always check "Query Drill Down" option to minimize the data to be transfered and processed in WebI.

As long as we are still on BW+XI 3.x+IK, we need to take account of this. Once we move to BI 4.0, we are good since we get rid of universe.

We know WEBI reports off BEx Query, wo can capture SOFA and MDX log as per my bloghttp://sap.iteye.com/blog/1211795
But this is also possible from BW side via RSTT trace.

如果BW query是Multi-structure结构，那么建立的universe有如下规则：
对于characteristic structure，universe建立一个structure object
对于keyfigure structure, universe为每一个keyfigure建立一个object
