apche http 2.4版没有.msi类型的安装版，也没有编译好的版本，最后从
http://www.apachelounge.com/download/下载到编译过的windows版本，也不知道是不是安全的。然后解压到默认系统盘（c）跟目录下，可以敲官网文档上的命令安装服务。
