记得以前看到过一篇文章，说HIBERNATE的HBM.XML文件可以不用一个一个写到SPRING的配置文件里，只要指定一个目录就可以，当时我简单试了一下，的确可以，但当时没有记下来，导致现在用到的时候GOOGLE不到（可能找法不对），很是郁闷，只好去看SPRING的源代码，终于被我找到。原来是mappingDirectoryLocations属性。只要如下写就可以:
