HP DL160 G5  1TB硬盘安装Windows server 2003系统

因为业务需要要安装配置HP ProLiant DL160 G5（hp sc40Ge  SAS  HBA）服务器,硬盘是2个1TB 7200希捷sata硬盘，不做RAID！安装过程颇费周折，主要卡在160 G5无法正常识别1TB的硬盘上了，经过HP工程师的指导才搞定！做个笔记，备忘，高手飘过！

第一部分：安装操作系统

1.将1块1TB硬盘安装到服务器上，启动服务器，按F10进入bios，在Advanced 选项卡中将ATA/IDE Configuration 中模式改为Compatible（兼容模式），将Legacy IDE Channels 改成[SATA ONLY](我的两块硬盘是SATA)，保存重启！

 

2.下载 HP 4/8 Internal Port SAS HBA with RAID and SCxxGe series HBA Driver for Windows Server 2003驱动，地址为：

将其解压到软盘中备用！

3.放入操作系统光盘，系统开始安装时，在系统安装界面会出现 F6 加载驱动的提示，此时按下 F6，等待系统稍后停止在使用S键指定驱动的界面。 按下 S 键，放入驱动软盘，点击回车键加载，接下来就是漫长的等待时间！

4.操作系统安装完毕后在设备管理器中发现有三个未知设备，分别为网卡和 NULL IPMI安装驱动程序

第二部分：刷新bios及阵列卡的固件

起先我在安装完操作系统后直接把另外一块儿1TB的硬盘插上，启动系统，硬盘初始化后发现一个问题，第二块硬盘有时候能认出来，有时候不能，驱动更新了也不行，几番折腾后最后咨询了HP的在线工程师，按照工程师的指导才搞定，原来是固件版本太低的缘故，需要更新，更新完毕后一切正常，具体步骤如下：

1.首先安装Online ROM Flash Component for Windows - HP ProLiant DL160 G5 Servers Package

2003下，双击install，然后自动重新启动服务器，开始刷新bmc updating。。。，完毕后风扇声音变的很大，不用担心，刷新期间千万不要断电！稍等一会，不要关机

下载这个后，双击安装，弹出一个网页，如下图：

选择Create a bootable ROMPAQ USB Key

在弹出的下一个页面中选择黄色部分单击

弹出窗口如下，点击运行！

 

该工具将格式化U盘然后将需要的文件拷贝到U盘，需要注意的是，此U盘必须是能制作启动盘的那种，普通的不好用！

使用这个U盘启动服务器，会自动开始刷新管理芯片的bios

 

时间较长请等待，期间不要做任何操作，不能断电！

刷新完毕，重启服务器，查看bios版本是否是最新的！

 

3.刷新SC40Ge HBA. 卡的固件： Firmware and BIOS for HP SAS/SATA HBA with RAID

下载完毕后解压，按照Update.txt说明将指定文件拷贝到可启动的U盘，或者软盘，或者刻一张可以启动的光盘，把这个软件拷到光盘上也可以。拷贝的时候HP的工程师说针对我的机型106E这个文件夹需要全部拷贝，至于1068那个文件夹我是没拷，也正常更新了，具体步骤就是使用启动盘启动系统到纯DOS界面中，然后在命令提示符下输入：update  p [回车]即可！还有不明白的看Update.txt步骤说的很清楚！

等待更新完毕，然后重新启动服务器即可！

至此固件刷新完毕，我的160G5服务器，刷新完毕后就能正常识别1TB的硬盘了！最后操作系统中别忘了还要安装硬件的最新驱动！好了希望对大家有所帮助，折腾一下午就忙活这么点事儿，做个笔记，备忘，高手就不用看了！
