调用webservice时出错：faultCode: {http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/}Client

是这样的，一个数据采集程序，每15分钟采集一次数据，调用webservice时出现下面的错误，重启服务器就好了，但执行一段时间后又会出现下面的错误，不知道什么情况，望高手看看。
