Jenkins Metro App Build

* MSBuild

C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\12.0\Bin\MSBuild.exe

Though there is not exe in bin dir, just ignore the warnning and proceed.

I set the path to C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\12.0\Bin\MSBuild before, it will link to old library(v11) and failed to compile.
