• lighttpd提供了多服务器之间实行负载均衡的功能，这个和单个服务器的负载均衡相比，优点在哪里？
• 听说在fastcgi的1.3.14版本之后，adaptive process spawning功能就被取消了？为什么？是因为不稳定吗？lighttpd里面是不是有自带的process management,他能代替它实现相同的功能？
• fastcgi中的各个role的执行先后顺序是什么？ 在filter role的解释中：“The FastCGI application filters the requested Web server file before sending it to the client.”，好像filter是在responder完成之后才执行的，比如对于.php的filter，在responder要将那些php文件发送到客户端之前由这个filter截获进行处理，客户端才能得到动态的页面。是这样的吗？
• 配置过lighttpd服务器的请问一下，在server的配置中的mode和fastcgi规范里说的role有什么不同？
