This is consecuence of lacking the development libraries of mysql
which (off course) include mysql.h

Once you install libmysqlclient15-dev using apt-get, aptitude or
synaptic, you should get the missing file:

/usr/include/mysql/mysql.h

And be able to install withour problem:

sudo apt-get install libmysqlclient15-dev

Then install gems again.

sudo gem install do_mysql
