其实最主要的原因是因为各个组织制定字符集时的名称不一致问题,例如ISO、IETF、微软等等。虽然经过协商很多字符集都是相互兼容的,但名字仍然是个历史遗留问题,好在在微软的网站上找到了一个映射表,保存、留念。
