运行Visual Studio .NET 2003的程序出现错误信息：

解决的办法是：
Win 2000系统：
运行cmd.
c:/> cd /WINNT/Microsoft.NET/Framework/v2.0.50727
c:/WINNT/Microsoft.NET/Framework/v2.0.50727> aspnet_regiis.exe -i

WinXP系统：
运行cmd.
c:/> cd C:/WINDOWS/Microsoft.NET/Framework/v2.0.50727
c:/WINDOWS/Microsoft.NET/Framework/v2.0.50727> aspnet_regiis.exe -i
