springboot maven项目多模块，打包时需要包含本地第三方jar包

如果需要在打出来的jar包中包含本地第三方jar包，需要在web模块（也就是target目录所在的模块）中，加入如下的配置

        <plugins>
            <plugin>
                <groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
                <artifactId>spring-boot-maven-plugin</artifactId>
                <configuration>
              <includeSystemScope>true</includeSystemScope>
                </configuration>
            </plugin>
        </plugins>
