Elastix 显示座席的状态

Asterisk 提供了 hints 状态，用于提示座席的状态情况

 

一般用 core show hints 可以显示状态的情况，如下图:

其状态有以下的状态：

The following list includes the possible values that may be returned back from the EXTENSION_STATE() function:

•  UNKNOWN 未知状态

•  NOT_INUSE 没有使用

•  INUSE 通话中

•  BUSY 繁忙

•  UNAVAILABLE 不可用

•  RINGING 响铃中

•  RINGINUSE 响铃使用中

•  HOLDINUSE 保持使用中

•  ONHOLD 通话保持
