原因：
ha因为要引用host文件，host文件的内容有问题，导致无法连接。host更新之后就好了。

原因：启动顺序出现问题
正常启动顺序为
1）启动eai平台之前，需要把定时器的状态置为0，不让所有的timer启动
2）启动bpel
3）启动weblogic(OSB)
4）从bpel控制台清理session缓存
5）然后再启动timer
我们把第2步弄完之后，直接到第4步了，启动weblogic之后又有新的缓存，所以无法连接数据库。
