按监控管理要求：

1、附件中REMIND字段为"DELETE"的CI按要求不允许监控，请尽快提交删除监控申请；
1. The attached CIs which REMIND filed is 'DELETE' are not allowed to be monitored and you should submit application to delete them in Monitoring Management System asap.

2、附件中REMIND字段为"ADD"的CI为生产环境，请尽快提交新增监控申请，如不需监控，请按如下模板提交给您主管审核并反馈给监控管理员：
2. The attached CIs which REMIND filed is 'ADD' are still in LIVE status in CMDB and should be monitored. Please submit application to add them in Monitoring Management System asap.
