QQ或者MSN的签名都是比较有意思的，今天看到一个兄弟的签名是“To Be Or Not To Be Is The Question.”，给我弄得比较糊涂，这个到底是什么意思呢？他给我的回答是“再复杂的问题都可以拆分成是或不是的问题”，呵呵，的确是这样的。
这几天是比较郁闷的日子，刚出差回来感觉特别的疲惫，工作不是很有精神头，要命的是下周还要去一次北京，郁闷，是不是老了呢？公司最近人员产生了一点变动，有2个老程序员要去南方赚钱了，也是正常现象，通常程序员做满3年，都会厌倦的，何况是做了快5年的程序员呢，希望他们可以走好，多赚点钱。但是对于团队来说就不是好事情了，面试了快40人了，能够合拍的少之又少，一个学校的老师对我们说，“你们的门槛也太高了，要是不错的怎么可能在东北呢？”，这话也是有道理的，但是，我们不可能往公司找一群垃圾呀，虽然有抱怨但是我们也有自己的原则“开人要快，招人要慢”，找到符合要求的是难，但是门槛肯定不会降低的，没办法。
招人和工作都是简单又复杂的问题，还是按照“To Be Or Not To Be Is The Question”原则来处理吧，就是招到符合要求的人，不符合要求一切免谈，就是这么简单。
