查阅官方文档发现上述补丁主要用于PL/SQL native compilation,Pro*C/C++,Oracle Call Interface,Oracle C++ Call Interface,Oracle XML Developer’s Kit (XDK)，该数据库不会用到上述选项，于是选择不安装。
