用org.apache.tools.zip压缩/解压缩zip文件

写了一个用org.apache.tools.zip压缩/解压缩zip文件的例子,用来解决中文乱码问题。代码如下：

StringTools.conversionSpecialCharacters()，这个方法不是自zip工具包中的

你用的是org.apache.tools.zip包嘛？
用java.util.zip会有问题的。

就是这个方法中的  ZipFile zipFile = new ZipFile(zipFilePath);  这句抛出java.io.IOException: Negative seek offset 这个异常
