* M.S. or B.S. degree in Computer Science.
* 8 or more year’s software development experience.
* 1-2 years "hands on" (job related) Java Swing development experience.
* 2-4 years Object Oriented design and development experience.
* Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
* A solid understanding of UI design, navigation, content presentation.
* Experience with n-tier browser based applications.
* Familiarity with user interface design principles, human factors, interaction design guidelines and usability methodologies.
