startup restrict模式下Oracle9i 和 10g的一个不同点

在学习 到startup restrict模式时, 查阅了一下10g的资料 ,有以下论述:
Typically, all users with the CREATE SESSION system privilege can connect to an open database. Opening a database in restricted mode allows database access only to users with both the
CREATE SESSION and RESTRICTED SESSION system privilege. Further, when the instance is in restricted mode, a database administrator cannot
access the instance remotely through an Oracle Net listener, but can only access the instance locally from the machine that the instance is running on.
在9i环境下测试并不是这样, 只要有create restricted session权限, 不管是在server上还是远程登录, 都是可以的
而在10g下确实是这样的, 以下是测试结果:
SQL > conn sys/123456@ricoyu10g
ERROR:
ORA-12526: TNS: 监听程序: 所有适用例程都处于受限模式

 

所以这是10g的一个新特性
