解决办法:
hibernate3.5以后的版本中增加了JPA2.0的实现,提示缺少类为:javax/persistence/Cacheable
在IDE中导入以下的包就能解决:
"hibernate目录下"\lib\jpa\hibernate-jpa-2.0-api-1.0.0.Final.jar
