集成FCKeditor到roller中

Roller提供了一个多媒体的编辑器，不过感觉不如我稀饭的FCKeditor好用。

看了一下Roller的扩展功能还是挺强的。把Roller集成到了FCK中

步骤：

1. 编写一个editor-fckeditor.jsp的网页在 \roller-ui\authoring\editors 同时把FCK的目录拷贝过去
2. edit-fckeditor.jsp是把 edit-text.jsp拷贝过来的修改如下

添加：
