Oracle Enterprise Manager启动错误

由于操作系统从5305升级至5309，升级完成后启动Enterprise Manager时，后台报如下错误

解决方法如下：
1、停止dbconsole

2、重新设置时区

SQL> exec mgmt_target.set_agent_tzrgn('hisdb01:3938','+08:00')

                        -- or --

connect to the database served by this DBConsole as user 'sys', and execute:

SQL> alter session set current_schema = SYSMAN;
SQL> exec mgmt_target.set_agent_tzrgn('hisdb01:3938','+08:00')

3、数据库中执行设置时区包

5、 查看dbconsole状态，可以看到已经成功启动，web访问也一切正常。
