作为一个已经在IT之路走了近3年的，并且将在此路继续前行N年的人来说，需要学习的东西很多。
就一年的计划来说，以下内容必须学好。

1. 精通 JAVA， 很早就一直在接触JAVA，但是还不会真正自己写一个应用。目标是不仅要会读，还要会写。
2. 精通Selenium RC，TestNG, 这个是工作中要用到东西，现在也是一知半解，要学会用，了解内部结构
3. 精通XML， Xpath，这个也是工作要用的东西。
4. 精通Web service，也是一知半解，最近才发现有很多欠缺，这部分的知识点一定要牢固
P2
1. UML： 这个是对于一个测试员来说很重要的知识，大学里学过，但是也是那么轻描淡写地在记忆中一晃而过，没有好好深入。
2. Load Performance Testing: 这个在工作要用的。

1. 学习如何成为一个outstanding的technical writer
