2.jsp进行解码

decode.jsp

        try {
            System.out.println(URLDecoder.decode(url, "UTF-8"));
            System.out.println(URLDecoder.decode(url, "GBK"));//别的编码解码后成乱码
         } catch (UnsupportedEncodingException e) {
            e.printStackTrace();
        }
