springside eclipse plug-in 1.0.0插件安装问题

最近又看springside，SS已经更新到2.0了，看起来变化了好大。
在1.0发布尾声的时候，有个2.0的map，提到了给eclipse添加springside插件，看看2.0，果然有了。不过存在一些问题：

    1.eclipse3.2无法自动识别SS2插件：直接把SVN \trunk\tools\springside-tools\eclipse-plugins\org.springside.eclipse_1.0.0.jar拷贝到eclipse3.2，eclipse是不识别它的。因为springside plug-in 1.0.0需要eclipse3.2版本的环境，下了个来用，所以把3.1目录下的links目录拷贝到3.2目录下。重启，发现eclipse3.2的菜单和工具栏均有springside插件了。

    2.无法生成新工程。提示如下：
