我在公司的群的宣言上摘抄了Microsoft全球技术支持中心的一个工作理念就是“技术精尖、耐心细致、善于交流、释放压力、保持充电”，作为开发部的一个行为准则。

的确如果所有的兄弟们都能做到这些，那简直太完美了，那我们的团队将攻无不克，呵呵，那就赶上Microsoft了。

我现在倒是喜欢“Enjoy your work！”（享受工作乐趣！）这句从《挡不住的趋势》上摘抄来的话，因为只有能够享受工作的乐趣，前一条标准才真正的有效，而且看起来也就可爱了。

今天收到一个留言，大概有这么一句话“一直研究这东西会不会老的很快呢？”，其实搞这行的确很累，但是如果喜欢，而且是一种很享受的事情为什么会老的快呢？

这个行当就是一个不断改进的过程，昨天参加一个新来的兄弟的项目总结，感觉还好，给的东西不是很难，代码很干净，只是最后谈谈感想的时候有点喊口号的味道，在进行新兄弟的代码审查中发现了很多自己过去的影子，不断的发现错误不断的修正，就是这个行当的一个本质的东西吧。

老婆一直希望我把Blog的宣言改成“Enjoy your wife，enjoy your baby，enjoy your work！”，呵呵，前两个也许用“Love”更好，难道不是吗？
