最近，我在做自己下一个十年的规划，其中有些职业经历很值得写写。今天，我说说做猎头时一位年薪35万的网管的故事。（当事人姓名及公司为保密都已隐去，我们就叫她Ann）<o:p></o:p>

05年我接到IT Admin的单子，就是网管啊！客户并不是500强，但是个成长很快的欧洲公司（下简称A公司），做手机应用软件。全球15家分公司，目前有3个网管职位，分别是欧洲（1）、美洲（2）、亚太（1）。该公司在亚洲相关业务都是外包给其它公司。05年因为公司成长比较快，客户考虑招聘一位全职IT Admin，支持包括中国（天津、西安、北京）、台湾、香港、日本、新加坡内的业务。于是联系了当时专任IT猎头的我。<o:p></o:p>

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer service oriented individual to work in a fun and challenging environment. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to answering user questions and resolving issues, configuring computers and accounts, and participating in individual and team projects. The person will be required to document problems and solutions as well as write end user documentation for the computing resources.<o:p></o:p>

•Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 98, 2000 Pro, XP<o:p></o:p>

•Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 2000 and 2003 Server<o:p></o:p>

•Install, configure, and troubleshoot Office 97, 2000, XP, and 2003<o:p></o:p>

•Perform routine Active Directory administration<o:p></o:p>

•Perform routine Exchange administration<o:p></o:p>

•Lift 50+ lbs. and crawl under desks<o:p></o:p>

初步与A公司进行沟通后。我推荐了几位背景不错的候选人给客户，效果都不太好。对几位候选人面试评价让我对A公司的具体需求有了更明确的认识，做项目、找候选人也更有针对性。<o:p></o:p>

在寻访这个职位时，我特别注意和强调的有如下几点：<o:p></o:p>

1、   英语沟通无障碍——2/3的优秀候选人倒在这道线上<o:p></o:p>

2、   对硬件、网络要“爆”熟悉—为什么不用强调了<o:p></o:p>

3、   目前在外企做相关工作—了解外企文化<o:p></o:p>

4、   思维清楚、表达能力强—会有很多远程支持的工作<o:p></o:p>

5、   工作地点在天津<o:p></o:p>

3周之后，我在一家外企500强找到了Ann—本文的主人公。ANN计算机相关专业93年毕业，12年工作经历中只换过一次工作。工作过的两个公司都是500强，第一家干的6年，第二家干到我找到她的时候。（我在写这文章的时间ANN应该还在第二家幸福地干着呢！）<o:p></o:p>

我联系上她的时候，她的年薪是30万，构成如下：2W/月X13个月+相当于15%底薪的资金（guarantee）。因为在现公司工作多年ANN每年还有Stock Option。（Stock Option的收益与股票市场相关度比较大，所以不记入底薪）<o:p></o:p>

我提供的机会当时客户准备提供的薪水是30万左右，但是如果候选人能力很强客户可以适当提高底薪。<o:p></o:p>

争得ANN的同意，与客户沟通后，开始了第一轮面试。<o:p></o:p>

面试官：客户美国IT VP（不会讲汉语）<o:p></o:p>

形式：电话<o:p></o:p>

内容：IT技术能力<o:p></o:p>

约好时间之后，ANN与面试官进行了电话沟通。我得到的反馈很好，客户对ANN的IT技术水平和表达能力都很满意。<o:p></o:p>
