使用Eclipse+ADT开发调试Android软件时你会发现安装一个apk文件出错，出现类似Re-installation failed due to different application signatures.
You must perform a full uninstall of the application. WARNING: This will remove the application data! Please execute 'adb uninstall com.android123.Demo' in a shell.的错误，主要原因是ADT插件赋予APK文件debug签名时数字效验出错可能因为ADT版本不同、APK不是这台计算机生产的在模拟器或Android手机上，解决的方法可以直接在真机中删除该程序，重新执行即可，或在shell中直接adb uninstall <package name>后重新安装。

E:\android\android-sdk-windows\platform-tools> adb uninstall com.example.android.apis.
重新运行就可以了

问题解决的办法也是比较简单吧，这里我们用的是LePad的环境，就联想的乐Pad，用的联想的SDK，在cmd下找到你sdk的目录，目录下有个tools，例如：D:\xxxxxxx\tools>.这里需要打入问题提示的问题：
- [2011-08-14 20:57:08 - XGX - DEMO] Please execute 'adb uninstall com.xxx.xgx' in a shell.
例如：D:\xxxxxxx\tools>adb uninstall com.xxx.xgx
这样如题的问题就会解决了，就在第一开启一个项目的时候比较容易出现的问题吧
