Visual Studio Code 配置.gitignore后不生效的问题

在工作区配置了.gitignore ，将

.idea/
.vscode/
bin/
pkg/

 但是发现完全没有什么用，后来看到VS code有一个插件：gitignore  装上之后你就明白
