Change
import React, { PropTypes } from 'react’;
To
import React from 'react';
import PropTypes from 'prop-types';

Upgrade version of modules in package.json

"react-dom": "^15.6.1",
"react": "^15.6.1",
"prop-types": "15.5.10",
